Group Customer Services Complaints
On
occasion, we may fail to meet the high levels of customer
service that we have set ourselves. We want to hear about
any times where we haven't met your expectations so that we
can rectify the error and stop it happening again. If you
could take a few moments to give us some brief details, we
will ensure that that a member of the Board of Directors is
made aware of the circumstances. You can expect to hear back
from us within a few days to let you know what's being done
to change things.
